Solution, Process & Outcome
The vision for Moji was simple: make e-commerce more human, rewarding, and engaging.
To achieve this, I mapped out key opportunities where users could feel value beyond checkout. This led to Loop, a vendor engagement hub that lets sellers promote, connect, and reward loyalty. I also designed Ji Points, a gamified rewards system that motivates repeat purchases, and Send as Gifts, a social feature that turns shopping into shared experiences.
The design process began with user research, identifying pain points in loyalty and engagement. I then sketched flows, prototyped the vendor dashboard (covering analytics, orders, wallet, products, and messages), and tested interactions for simplicity and clarity. Each iteration brought the experience closer to a seamless blend of shopping and connection.
The outcome was a platform where shoppers feel valued and connected, while vendors gain practical tools to build loyalty and grow their business. Moji isn’t just another online store ,it’s a next-generation e-commerce ecosystem..
